Denis Fama is an instructor with more than 12 years experience at Bay Area Universities. He has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, and Conflict Resolution.

His background is in Health Care Management. Since 1985, he has been an independent consultant to organizations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.  He specializes in strategic planning, employee relations, and management and Board development.

Denis is a retired basketball official, which he says has prepared him for many of the courses he teaches, including Conflict Management and Ethics!

He is married to his best friend, Cheryl, and together they have three children and four wonderful grandchildren.
