Food Service/Catering

All event catering must be provided through our contracted on-site equipped caterers, Bon Appetite. Please contact the conferences and events office to coordinate menus and pricing for your event.

Audio/Visual Needs

Most rooms are equipped with multimedia projectors and screens. Special equipment needs beyond those are available upon request through NDNU. Please contact the Conferences and Events Office to coordinate your audio and visual needs.

Fees and Deposit

20% of the rental fee is the non-refundable deposit required to secure your date. The event balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
