Built in 1961, and dedicated in memory of Sr. Catherine Julie Cunningham, the Chapel features wonderful lighting and sound systems, raised marble altar, a pipe organ and grand piano. Seating for up to 500 can be accommodated for musical presentations, lectures or services. Unique etched glass windows by noted French artist Gabriel Lorie reflect the contributions of many generations of Notre Dame women and add to the Chapel's light and spacious feeling.
