Dr. Rossi comes with a professional background as an assistant principal, a classroom teacher, an associate professor, a reading specialist and a reading consultant. She is a published author and some of her titles include

• Case Studies in Preparation for the California Reading Competency Test, 5 editions
• Portfolios in the Classroom: Tools for Learning & Instruction 
• “Directors of Their Own Learning: A Reading Strategy for Students with Learning Disabilities.”  Teaching Exceptional Children

Dr. Rossi continues to work with the California Commission on Teaching Credentials, the San Mateo County Office of Education and many schools and districts throughout the Bay Area. She has an Ed.D. from George Washington University in Administration and Curriculum, an MA from Catholic University of America in Reading, and a BS from State University of New York, New Paltz in Elementary Education.
