OIT Media Services (AV) Department

The Office of Information Technology exists to support student learning and faculty and staff productivity. As a part of OIT, the Media Services AV Department strives to provide reliability for installed and deliverable AV equipment on campus.

 

All classrooms in St. Mary's Hall, Gavin Hall, and Cuvilly Hall are equipped with a TV/VCR, overhead projector, and projection screen. View our equipment page for deliverable items and troubleshooting information.

Please use our form to request Audio-Visual Equipments.

Hours of operation:

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
(Fulltime OIT staff are on duty during these hours.)

After Hours Support:

Monday – Friday: 5:30PM – 10:00PM

Saturday: 8:30AM – 6:00PM

Sunday: Closed

In order to provide extended hours of support, OIT utilizes trained NDNU student employees during after hours support periods.
