Using the NDNU Logo
Use of the University logo is restricted to University activities. For questions about whether a certain use is appropriate, and for all questions relating to the logo, consult Karen Plesur of the Public Relations Office, pr@ndnu.edu. For printed matter (business cards, letterhead, publications, posters, etc.) the Public Relations Office can provide design help and technical guidance. Masters are on the Garnet file server.
For web pages on Notre Dame de Namur University web sites, one may freely use the graphics that are on the www.ndnu.edu site. Always use the alt attribute of the <img> tag to make the information accessible for browsers with no graphics; e.g., alt="NDNU logo" or if it links to the home page, alt="NDNU Home (logo)".

Variations. If you want help using or adapting these web graphics, the Web Administrator will be glad to help – the best contact is webmaster@ndnu.edu.
Old logos should no longer be used anywhere.
The University seal by itself is reserved for formal uses, such as the Office of the President, business cards, diplomas, etc. For any use, consult the Public Relations Office (contact info above).
