Recognition

Notre Dame de Namur University gratefully acknowledges the generosity of all donors who have invested in remembering NDNU's needs. Donors and volunteers receive recognition through:

 

Honor Roll Listing

Each year, more than 2,000 NDNU alumni, parents, friends, corporations, foundations, and local businesses are recognized for their gifts through a listing in the Honor Roll and Donor Report. Donors are listed at the following levels of recognition:

President's Cabinet

Benefactor                                                      $10,000 - above

Platinum                                                           $5,000 - $9,999

Gold                                                                 $2,500 - $4,999

Silver                                                               $1,000 - $2,499

Dean's Circle                                                         $500 - $999

Blue and Gold Club                                                $250 - $499

Argonaut Member                                                  $100 - $249

Friends of the University                                              $1 - $99

 

Donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually become members of the President's Cabinet.

Lifetime Giving Society

Legacy Society and Leadership Society are two giving society representing cumulative giving levels over the course of a lifetime.   Individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations whose total giving falls into these two categories represent our foremost benefactors. NDNU is most grateful for the support and confidence in our values-based education and our mission. We salute the following members of our two lifetime giving society whose gifts have created a lasting legacy and demonstrated outstanding leadership.

Legacy Society

Donors who have made cumulative gifts of $1,000,000 or more. View the members of the Legacy Society.

Leadership Society

Donors who have made cumulative gifts of $100,000 or more (up to $999,999). View the members of the Leadership Society.

 

Class Awards

Class Awards recognizes outstanding class achievements and are awarded to honor participation and fundraising records.

The NDNU Fund Leadership Award

Presented annually to the class whose members contribute the most to the NDNU Fund dollars in a non-reunion year. This award is presented at the Alumni/ Faculty Weekend.

The President's Award

Presented annually to the class whose members contribute the most to the fund in one year during reunion.

NDNU Alumni Reunion Award

Presented annually to the class for the highest level of reunion participation in a campaign in a given year.  

Class Gift

Each class year and the gift is recognized on a plaque which is located in St. Mary's Hall.
