The Office of Information Technology provides support for the entire range of academic and administrative computing, networking, telecommunications and audio/video needs of the University. This department of the university is managed and staffed by Sungard Higher Education Services
Help Desk
The Help Desk is the first point of contact for most requests to OIT, including all kinds of computer and telephone troubleshooting, installation of programs, virus questions, getting e-mail accounts, etc. Help can be reached at extension 3555, or (650) 508-3555. You can also E-mail the Help Desk. The Help Desk is located in Campus Center.

Computer Labs
OIT maintains a drop-in PC lab, a drop-in Macintosh lab, an Art lab and a multimedia lab -- visit our Computer Labs home page for detailed information.

All users of University computing and telecommunication facilities are bound by the University's Acceptable Use Policy for Information Technology.
Microsoft Faculty/Staff Purchase Plan
NDNU faculty and staff are eligible to purchase selected Microsoft Software at low prices for work at home under our current Microsoft Site Licensing agreement. For more information visit the FCCC/collegebuys Web site. Students may also be eligible; check the terms on the Web site.
Student E-Mail
Web access to your NDNU e-mail is available at studentmail.ndnu.edu and here is information about it. Please note that your e-mail is not the same as your registration info on Campus Web.
Faculty/Staff Web E-Mail

OIT maintains a dynamic directory of e-mail addresses for faculty and staff with @ndnu.edu addresses, and for undergraduate, intensive and graduate students with @student.ndnu.edu addresses.
