Graduate Studies
Notre Dame de Namur offers a wide range of graduate degree, certificate, and credential programs that blend in-depth academic theory with real-world application. Our graduate programs will equip you with heightened skills and knowledge, and at the same time challenge you to consider how contributions as a professional and citizen help build a sense of community and work toward a just society.
Schools
The University’s academic programs are organized into four schools, each headed by an academic dean:
- School of Arts and Humanities
- School of Business and Management
- School of Education and Leadership
- School of Sciences
Programs
NDNU is a fully-accredited master’s university that is large enough to offer 15 graduate degrees, six credentials, and 11 graduate certificate programs, yet it is small enough to offer personal attention to every student. For specific degrees, please review our list of graduate programs. If you are interested in a particular subject but are unaware of related degrees, you may want to scan our list of degrees by topic.
Admission Process
NDNU admits students throughout the year for fall, spring, and summer semesters. Please review the NDNU General Catalog for complete admission requirements.
Campus
NDNU is located in Belmont, California, in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is 25 miles south of San Francisco and 25 miles north of the San Jose Silicon Valley. Most students come from the local area, and those who come from other states and countries can expect to find the San Francisco Bay Area a center of cultural, recreational and athletic activity. The campus is in a suburban area and covers 80 acres of forested hillside. NDNU's buildings reflect a variety of architectural styles interspersed with green lawns and trees. The campus offers a magnificent, restful setting for graduate study.
Your NDNU graduate degree will stretch you academically, professionally, and personally.
