What You Need

For Master's and Credential programs

1. Apply using the Graduate and Credential Studies Online Application.
2. Prerequisites: If you feel you have already completed prerequisites for Master’s, Credential, and Certificate programs, please download the Application to Apply Courses to NDNU’s Prerequisites. (Can't open this file?) Please complete this form and forward it to the Graduate Admissions Office for inclusion with your graduate admissions application material.
3. One official transcript from each college or university attended. One of these must show a bachelor’s degree granted from a regionally accredited institution.
4. Letter of Recommendation (number varies by program), including the Personal Reference Form.
   • If possible, recommendations should be from professors in your major academic department.
   • Applicants who have not been in school for some time should ask professional colleagues or administrators for reference.

For Graduate Certificate programs

1. Apply using the Graduate and Credential Studies Online Application.
2. An official transcript of your highest degree. This transcript must show at least a bachelor’s degree granted from a regionally accredited institution.
3. Follow the admission requirements specific to your program. Refer to Academic Programs for requirements.

Deadlines

NDNU admits students throughout the year for spring, summer and fall semesters. Please review the NDNU General Catalog for complete admission requirements.

To ensure admission, we urge you to complete your application and provide required documents well before the following dates:

August 1st: Fall Admission
December 1st: Spring Admission
April 1st: Summer Admission
