Accelerated Evening Degree Program

You are ready to complete your degree. As a student in our Accelerated Program you are motivated to speed up the process because you have already worked and have greater maturity and focus than the average undergraduate.

Because you are investing significant time, effort, and money in your degree, quality and value matter a great deal. Notre Dame de Namur University’s Accelerated Degree Completion Programs are designed for the working professional, 25 years or older, who has already demonstrated competence in the workplace and has already completed 45 units.

Accelerated classes are offered in a seven-week format instead of the usual 15 weeks. Classes are offered one night a week. Academic quality is not compromised; students find themselves in a challenging and collaborative environment with professors in which their real life and work experiences are drawn into the curriculum. Because there are two terms every semester, you can start whenever you are ready.

You'll learn from top-quality talent: courses are taught by full- and part-time faculty with a mix of academic and “real-world” experience that will make a great difference to your education.

Whether you are returning to college to change jobs, or to meet the specific requirements of a chosen career path, at NDNU you will realize that the decision was one of the best you’ve ever made.

Accelerated Degree Program Admission Requirements
• 45 transferable semester units (Applicants with 35 to 45 units may be accepted as special-status students)
• Three years or more of work experience
• A minimum “C” grade-point average
• Be at least 25 years old (or have approval of advisor)

If you are unsure whether you meet NDNU’s entrance requirements or wish to speak with an admissions counselor, schedule an appointment by calling (650) 508-3600. You will be provided with a preliminary transfer credit evaluation and assistance with your academic plan.
