Transfer Admissions Counselor
SF-born and Bay Area-raised, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from Dominican University of California. During my time at Dominican, I was a student ambassador, resident advisor, and an Academic Advising and Achievement Center intern, all which fueled my passion for students and education.
After graduating, I completed a fellowship with the Hispanic College Fund and then joined the AmeriCorps National Civilian and Community Corps. Through AmeriCorps I traveled to San Diego, New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Montana to meet community needs ranging from environmental conservation to disaster relief to affordable housing.
Being a first-generation college student, I know how confusing college is. I was able to navigate the maze thanks to incredible staff and faculty and getting involved. I love working with students and helping them along their way to realizing the college dream so please feel free to reach out to me. When I’m not in the office, I also love to experience the diverse food, arts, culture and outdoor experiences that the Bay has to offer!
