Enrollment Manager, Evening and Professional Programs
I was born in Central America and moved to the United States when I was just two years old. After living in Los Angeles and Northern Utah, I found a home in Arizona, where I earned a degree in business administration with a management focus. Before joining Notre Dame de Namur University, I served as the campus president for a career college in Columbus, Ohio, where I kept in frequent contact with students and invested time getting to know them individually and ensuring that their needs were being met. Prior to that, I was a senior director of admissions and worked with students in Arizona, the Gulf region of Florida, and finally, Columbus, Ohio. For the last 15 years while working in higher education, I have taken to heart the motto, “Students first.” I maintain a professional relationship with many students I have been able to serve in the past.
My passion for education has brought me to Notre Dame de Namur University. I had always planned to relocate to the Bay Area to be closer to family. As I planned my move, I searched for an institution that shared my belief that students’ interests come first. When I learned about NDNU, I knew I had to become a part of this school that has such a rich history in serving the community at the school, and around the school. My passion for helping the adult/professional learner has allowed me the opportunity to serve as the enrollment manager for NDNU and oversee the Adult and Evening Professional Program.
I look forward to serving the Bay Area population while also getting to know this beautiful area. I have two 11-year old miniature schnauzers who love the sun, and will enjoy getting to know the area with me. I enjoy sports, training, films, music, and dining!
