Catch-Up Party & Networking Event for Young Alums at Taube Center

Come catch-up with your fellow alumni, enjoy pizza and brew, and meet John Velcamp ’99 who is featured in the
latest NDNU magazine. John spent 22 years as a professional executive recruiter and now in his retirement, he is
putting his job market savvy into helping college graduates find jobs in a jobless market. $10 per person.

Natural & Life Sciences Reunion and Tour of the Newly Renovated St. Mary’s Hall - Meet at the Quad
2 p.m.
Come see the new look of St. Mary’s Hall complete with the recently installed elevator. Spend some time with science instructors Dr. Elizabeth Center, Emerita and Dr. Isabelle Haithcox as well as current science students. A reception follows in the Quad.

Join us for Mass and celebrate together the gifts of CND and NDNU. All are welcome.
Celebration of the Decades: Brunch in Ralston Hall
Noon
Gather with other alumni from your decade. Share the stories of your experiences while on campus, the songs
you remember, the athletic events you attended, the professors you had, etc. Bring pictures and memories to
share. $25 per person.
Mary Carr Chapman, ’62 will be presented with the Julie Billiart Alumni Award for Community Service. Hear the story of “An Elderly Wish Foundation,” only one of the causes to which Mary gives her time and energy.
Panel of Memories
After brunch, representatives of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s will share memories of their experience at CND/NDNU. It will be a time of nostalgia and surprise as the younger generation hears what it was like in the 60’s and the older generation finding out what it was like in later years. Representatives of the decades are Mary Ellen Drohan Horwath (60s), TBA (70s), Amy Provencio Reynolds (80s), Manny Chargualaf (90s), and Rachel Brunson (2000s).
