	OK	You do not have a hold in this field. If all six hold fields say “OK”, then you do not have any holds. Check also that you have been coded appropriately for health insurance.
AD	Academic - Disqualified	Undergraduate - See Academic Disqualification and Reinstatement After Disqualification. Graduate - None. You may not register.
AH	Advisor Hold	See your academic advisor.
AP	Academic - Probation	You are allowed to register, but may be dropped from future registrations if you reach academic disqualification.

Health Insurance

See the NDNU Mandatory Health Insurance Policy to understand who must have health insurance. Those who are required to have health insurance by the policy must either enroll in the health insurance program provided through NDNU or provide information on a waiver form indicating that they have comparable insurance.

Blank	Check Status	If you are required to have health insurance, file the waiver or the enrollment form for NDNU-provided health insurance with the Health & Wellness Services Office, Campus Life Offices, (650) 508-3756
O	Outside Insurance	You have provided a waiver form indicating that you have outside insurance for the current academic year. No further action required this academic year.
A	Annual	You have enrolled for NDNU-provided health insurance for the full year, August 1 to August 1.
F	Fall	You have enrolled for NDNU-provided health insurance for the Fall semester only (August 1 to January 13).
S	Spring	You have enrolled for NDNU-provided health insurance for Spring and Summer of the current academic year (January 13 to August 1).
