Career Services at Notre Dame de Namur University is a valuable recruitment resource for organizations in the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and worldwide. NDNU provides you access to a diverse pool of qualified candidates from our undergraduate programs, undergraduate intensive evening programs, and graduate degree programs.

Posting Part-time/Full-time Jobs and Internships

We have transitioned to a new web-based recruiting system. The new system is part of the NACElink - Symplicity network. Please use NDNU CareerConnect to create a profile and post jobs and internships online. There is no charge to use this service.

NDNU CareerConnect (see privacy policy)

Employers can also fax or email job and internship openings. We will keep your posting for 60 days in the appropriate job binder and/or board. Fax number is 650-508-3719 or email an attached job posting to careercenter@ndnu.edu.

Questions about posting jobs or internships with Career Services may be directed to Carrie McKnight at 650-508-3667 or cmcknight@ndnu.edu.

On-Campus Recruiting

We provide these opportunities to meet our students in person:

  • Job and Internship Fairs. We are currently holding two fairs each year. Contact Carrie McKnight at 650-508-3667 for more information.
  • Recruiting Tables. We invite companies and organizations to meet and network with students from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm outside our Dining Hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Please call 650-508-3667 to book a table.
  • Presentations to Student Clubs. Student clubs are often looking for individuals from companies and community service organizations to make presentations to their members. Career Services can help put you in touch with these groups.

Internship Program

Whether your organization is public, private, non-profit or a government agency, student interns offer an excellent source of highly qualified, motivated, and flexible workers. In turn, student interns are given the opportunity to reinforce their career objectives, apply their academic learning to real-life situations or projects, and understand the value of transferable skills.

To learn more about our Internship Programs, please contact Carrie McKnight at 650-508-3667 or cmcknight@ndnu.edu.
