Student Clubs and Activities
More than 20 student organizations representing a wide array of interests are active at NDNU. Student organizations are an important part of student activities and allow you to pursue your special interests — both new ones and those you bring to campus.
The Campus Programs Office works with student organizations in planning on-campus meetings, workshops, speakers, cultural programs, service projects and other special events. Getting involved in a student organization is a great way to meet others, develop leadership skills and pursue your interests. You can get involved at whatever level works best for you.
Resources for clubs and organizations are available on the Campus Programs forms page.
Programming Board is the university’s student-operated student activities organization. Programming Board members collaborate with students, faculty, staff and alumni in developing and implementing a broad range of cultural, social and recreational programs that further promote school spirit and NDNU traditions. The Student Assembly of Notre Dame de Namur University is the official student governing body of the University. The purpose of the Student Assembly Leadership Team (SALT) is to represent and provide for the general welfare of the Student Body and the University. Assembly meetings are held every Wednesday at 9:10 a.m. in Cuvilly 6. In addition to the executive board (president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer), student senators are elected to represent our different schools, constituents and clubs/organizations.
