Two Girls Discuss in Dorm

Residence Halls

Our two traditional residence halls, St. Joseph’s Hall and Julie Billiart Hall, are coeducational facilities, meaning students individual rooms are single gender but each floor has a community restroom for men and women which is shared by all residents. Both of these residential communities are typically home to our first year students and each have slightly different amenities. Some of the items that can be found are furnished study areas, kitchens, outdoor patios, and laundry facilities on each floor. Both halls have mostly double rooms but there are some triples. Each room is also furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe or dresser for each resident in the room. Each room is also equipped with a sink and a walk-in closet. Both halls have a vending machine located on the first floor, are three stories high, and have one Resident Assistant (RA) for each floor. Julie Billiart has residents on all three floors and is home to around 80 students.  St. Joseph’s Hall has residents only on the top two floors and is home to around 70 students. St. Joseph’s hall is also the location of the Housing & Residential Life Office and the St. Joseph’s Lounge, where many of our larger events and activities take place.
