The Office of the Dean of Students promotes student learning and the development of personal responsibility and conflict resolution skills through staff engagement, programs, and leadership opportunities.

Programs & Services

The Office of the Dean of Students provides programs and services in the following areas:

• Student Conduct
• Sexual Assault and Response Network
• Alcohol Education and Prevention
• Alcohol Edu

Student Conduct

This office manages the University student conduct system, its processes and the code of student conduct.   It coordinates the Student Conduct Board, who hears cases of alleged policy violations of the student code of conduct and publishes the Student Handbook.

Sexual Assault Resources

The Office of the Dean of Students coordinates NDNU's Sexual Assault Response Network.

Support

The Office of the Dean of Students maintains a strong interest in diversity and equitable outcomes for all students. Students are always welcome and encouraged to report any concerns to the Dean. Confidentiality is available in most cases.
