Graduate at CommencementJostens Grad Finale

March 27 & 28, 2013, 1 - 6 p.m.
Graduates, take care of your graduation needs in a one-stop shop. Get your graduation tickets and parking pass with purchase of your cap and gown. Announcements and rings can also be ordered. Meet with your advisor beforehand to make sure you are cleared to graduate. Representatives from the Alumni Office, Commencement Committee, Bookstore and Career Center will also be there to answer any questions.

If you cannot attend Grad Finale, you can purchase your cap and gown at the Bookstore; pick-up your tickets and parking permit in Student Life and Leadership; and order announcements on line at Jostens.com.

Award Ceremonies

School of Education and Leadership
Tuesday, April 30, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., Cunningham Memorial Chapel
Credential, graduate and undergraduate candidates graduating in the School of Education and Leadership and their guests are invited to the awards ceremony to recognize student academic achievement, leadership and service to the community.  Invitations will be mailed separately to those who will be receiving awards. Reception immediately following ceremony.

School of Business and Management
Wednesday, May 1, 6 p.m., Cunningham Memorial Chapel
Graduate and undergraduate candidates graduating in the School of Business and Management and their guests are invited to the awards ceremony to recognize student academic achievement, leadership and service to the community.  Invitations will be mailed separately to those who will be receiving awards. Reception immediately following ceremony.

College of Arts and Sciences
Thursday, May 2, 6 - 8 p.m., Walter Gleason Gym
Graduate and undergraduate candidates graduating in the College of Arts and Sciences and their guests are invited to the awards ceremony to recognize student academic achievement, leadership and service to the community.  Invitations will be mailed separately to those who will be receiving awards. Reception immediately following ceremony in the Walter Gleason Gymnasium.

Graduation Mass and Celebration

Friday, May 3, 6 p.m., Cunningham Memorial Chapel
This liturgical celebration will be a Catholic Mass with ecumenical elements for students, faculty, staff and guests. Family and friends are invited. Academic attire should be worn. This event is not mandatory for graduates.

Students and faculty participating in the procession should meet at the Library at 5:30 p.m.

Graduation Celebration (following Graduation Mass)

Friday, May 3, 7 p.m., Walter Gleason Gymnasium
Graduating students and their families are invited to a special graduation party, where they will celebrate with classmates and faculty. Business attire preferred.

Commencement - Tickets Required

Saturday, May 4, 10 a.m., NDNU Athletics Field
Graduates should arrive on campus by 9 a.m. in order to get dressed, receive instuctions and assemble for the Commencement ceremony. After parking their car, they need to report to Notre Dame High School with their cap, gown and hood. They should bring their own safety pins and bobby pins to use with the hood and cap. Graduates will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony without their cap and gown. There will not be any place to store personal belongings.

The gates at the athletics field will not be open for seating until 8:30 a.m.

To park on campus, you must display a Commencement Parking Pass.
