Resident Assistants (RAs)

Resident Assistants

Resident Assistants (RAs) are the most visible members of the residence life team. They are full time graduate and undergraduate students who live with the residents. RAs are trained leaders who can respond to various situations that arise in a group living environment. RAs are community developers who: advise and counsel students, plan programs, enforce university policies, serve duty, help solve problems, help out in emergencies and most importantly, promote the well-being of each individual student as well as the community.

Residence Hall Association (RHA)

Residence Hall Association is a representative organization that empowers on-campus residents to play an active role in residence halls through service, educational and social programming, and leadership opportunities. RHA also enacts change through legislation and advocates the issues and concerns of residents with the ultimate goal of making the residence halls of NDNU a more respectful and united community.

Themed/Speciality Floor Housing Opportunities

Themed floors are available for students interested in music and performing arts, health and wellness, and outdoor recreation. There are also floors available for female students who wish to live in all-female environment and for students dedicated to quiet and academic-focused living.
