Kristen has worked at NDNU since July of 2013. She has an MA in Ed. Administration and Leadership with a specialization in student affairs and brings with her a myriad of experiences in residence life. Kristen hails from the University of the Pacific where she was a residence director and worked regularly with the campus' student leaders. At NDNU, Kristen works with the resident assistants (RA) to cultivate community amongst the residential students on campus. She hopes to spread her excitement for all that residence life has to offer and to be a resource for the residents at NDNU.
Responsibilities include: creating and maintaining a safe and vibrant co-curricular experience within the residence halls, consisting of social, cultural, and educational opportunities. Oversees residential programming, residential hall council, general upkeep of the residence halls and serves on a professional duty rotation.
