Judith Kell has over 30 years experience as a teacher and administrator in K-12 education. She has worked with the San Francisco Unified School District as a teacher, program director, and principal at the elementary and secondary levels. In addition, she spent eight years as Associate Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Kell has taught administrative credential candidates at Saint Mary’s College of California and secondary credential candidates at San Francisco State University. In addition to her role as Program Director at NDNU, she also teaches within the credential program.

Dr. Kell attended the University of California at Berkeley as an undergraduate and received her teaching and administrative services credentials from San Francisco State University, earning her Ed.D from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga.

While the present goal is to continue to build the Administrative Services Program at NDNU, it is important to note that growth has increased 30% in the past year. Dr. Kell is in the process of reaching out to schools and districts to form successful partnerships with cohorts of aspiring and current administrators in the field through new and innovative programs designed to meet school and district needs.
