Campus Portal

Campus Portal is where faculty can view class schedules and rosters, email students, take attendance, enter grades, and more.

To log-in to Campus Portal:

1. Point your browser to: https://campusportal.ndnu.edu
2. Type your NDNU ID Number in that field.
3. Type your Campus Portal password in that field.
4. Click Login (or press your Enter key).
Note: If your ID number begins with a zero, any zero preceding the numbers 1-9 will be omitted. For example, if John Doe’s ID number is 001234, he’ll type 1234 in the ID Number field.

If you don’t know your Campus Portal password:

1. Point your browser to: https://campusportal.ndnu.edu
2. Type your NDNU ID Number in that field.
3. Click I forgot my password.
4. Click Send New Password.
A new password will be sent to your NDNU email. Use that to log-in to Campus Portal.

To change your Campus Portal password after you log-in:

1. Click Personal Info (next to your name at the top of the screen).
2. Click the Password tab.

For Class Lists

1. Click the Faculty tab
2. Click Class Lists and Grade Entry in left sidebar.
You should see classes you’re teaching that term. If you don’t see classes listed, make sure the Term dropdown is set to the term you want.
If the correct term is selected, but you still don’t see your classes listed, please contact your department coordinator to make sure you’ve been assigned to your classes.
3. Change the Go directly to dropdown to Class List.

For Attendance

1. Click My Courses in the left sidebar.
2. Click the link to the course.
3. Click Attendance

Moodle Online Course Management System

Moodle is the online learning management system where faculty can post materials, host discussions, setup online quizzes, have students submit assignments electronically, and more.

Log-in to Moodle using the same credentials that you use for Campus Portal:

1. Point your browser to http://ndnumoodle.ndnu.edu
2. Type your NDNU ID number in the ID Number field.
3. Type your Campus Portal password in the password field.
4. Click Login.
Your Moodle home page will open which shows links to all courses in which you’re enrolled.
If you can’t log-in to Moodle, check to see if you can log-in to Campus Portal. If you can’t, please follow the “If you don’t know your Campus Portal password” steps above.

After you reset your password on Campus Portal, it will take one hour or less for your Moodle password to be updated to match your Campus Portal password. Please be patient for up to an hour after you’ve reset your Campus Portal password for the new password to change on Moodle.
