In addition to Strong's curatorial contributions, he is an abstract expressionist whose work appears in over 17 museums and galleries around the country.

The Gallery will be hosting a fundraiser dinner in conjunction with this exhibition in the beautiful Ralston Mansion Ballroom on the Notre Dame de Namur University campus.  As part of our effort to build an endowment for Wiegand Gallery, we are asking a select group of artist to donate works for an art auction to be held during the dinner celebration fundraiser.
