Craig Brewer Appointed ACBSP Western Council Secretary-Designate
NDNU to host the 2015 ACBSP Western Council Conference with Skyline College
Belmont, CA, November 27, 2013 — Craig Brewer, Ed.D., interim dean of the School of Business and Management at Notre Dame de Namur University, was appointed by the Western Council of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) to a three-year term as secretary-designate.
As the secretary-designate, Brewer will serve a three-year, three-part term as secretary (2013-2014), president-elect (2015-2016) and president (2016-2017). Dr. Brewer’s position in the Western Council serves colleges and universities in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and the Canadian Provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Canadian Territories of Yukon Territory, Nunavut Territory and the Northwestern Territories.
It was also announced that NDNU is partnering with Skyline College to host the 2015 ACBSP Western Council Conference.
NDNU’s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration and Master of Science in Management were granted initial accreditation by ACBSP in May 2013. ACBSP accreditation certifies that the teaching and learning processes within the School of Business and Management at NDNU meet the rigorous educational standards established by ACBSP.
