Dr. Craig M. Brewer Appointed Interim Dean of the
School of Business and Management at Notre Dame de Namur University
Belmont, Calif., June 27, 2013 – Notre Dame de Namur University announced the appointment of Dr. Craig M. Brewer as interim dean of the School of Business and Management, effective July 1.
Dr. Brewer most recently served as the interim associate dean of the School of Business and Professional Studies at Brandman University, Chapman University System, as well as assistant professor of organizational leadership. He served as dean of students at Alliant International University; director of Campus and Student Services at Alliant International University; adjunct faculty at California State University, Fullerton; graduate advisor at Alliant International University and academic advisor at California State University, Fullerton. He has extensive experience consulting in performance management, development and training.
"Dr. Brewer stood out for his exceptional leadership skills, his broad and extensive academic and student affairs experience and his commitment to academic excellence," said Provost Diana Demetrulias. "I am confident that he will be a great asset for the university and will be committed to the NDNU mission."
Dr. Brewer holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration from University of La Verne. He received his Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University at Fullerton.
