Gregory B. White, Ph.D.
Interim Provost
Greg White was named Interim Provost in January 2010. As provost, Dr. White is NDNU’s senior academic officer with responsibility for all University academic affairs. Dr. White has served NDNU for more than 16 years as a mathematics professor and administrator, most recently as Associate Provost. In this position he was responsible for planning, assessment, and institutional research and had a key role in supporting the accreditation processes. Dr. White served as Interim Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities and the School of Sciences from 2006 to 2008 and led the University’s strategic planning efforts in 2006-07. In his various administrative roles at NDNU, his additional responsibilities have included oversight of the registrar, information technology, admissions, and coordination of student services. Additionally, Dr. White serves as Chair of the California Mathematics Project Advisory Board. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

The Academic Affairs Division is responsible for all the curricular programming and related support services of the University. The academic programs are organized into three schools, each headed by an academic dean:
