Local University Gives Away Books to Kids in the Community with Open Book Project

Belmont, Calif., April 11, 2014 — More than 60 excited second graders will be scattered in small groups throughout Gellert Library on the campus of Notre Dame de Namur University on Tuesday, April 15, listening with rapt attention to the words of Lewis Carroll, Dr. Seuss, Shel Silverstein and dozens of others read by NDNU students, faculty and staff. NDNU Student Earns $10,000 Scholarship for Scholastic Achievement

Belmont, Calif., April 3, 2014 —  Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) student Timitchin Robert Uzunoglu is the first recipient of a $10,000 scholarship from the Robert Batinovich MBA Scholarship. It is a 10-year $100,000 expendable scholarship to support graduate students enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program. Read more
