Maria Williams joins Notre Dame de Namur University as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Enrollment, Marketing & Communications. She brings more than 20 years of executive-level administrative experience supporting senior leadership across the banking, marketing, and professional services sectors.

Throughout her career, Maria has partnered closely with C-suite executives, board members, and key stakeholders, providing high-level support in executive operations, communications, and organizational coordination. Prior to joining NDNU, she served as an Executive Assistant at Tri Counties Bank, where she supported multiple senior leaders and managed complex scheduling, communications, and confidential executive materials. Earlier in her career, she supported the CEO, COO, and President at First National Bank of Northern California, coordinating board meetings, executive retreats, and major corporate events, including the NASDAQ Closing Bell.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Menlo College and brings strong expertise in Microsoft Office and Google applications, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A Bay Area native, Maria currently resides in Foster City with her husband, Scott, and their dog, Sierra.
