We sure do, and you’re looking at it! The Gellert Library is a digital library with thousands of scholarly ebooks and articles to support your coursework at NDNU. Explore the resources on this page to learn more about how our library works and how to get the most out of it. Email our librarian Rachel (library@ndnu.edu) with any questions that come up!

Probably not. The library at NDNU does not collect textbooks, but we do have a few copies of commonly-used handbooks and study guides for on-campus use in the Academic Success Center in CC2. Lower-cost, ethical sources for textbooks include Better World Books and Thriftbooks.
If you’re a BA Psychology or BS Business Administration degree-completion student, your textbook costs are covered by NDNU. For Psychology students, your Program Director, Hannah Yanow (hyanow@ndnu.edu), will include information in your courses on Canvas and the BA Psychology newsletter. For Business Administration students, your Program Director, Claudia Roehl (csonzroehl@ndnu.edu), will ensure your Cengage subscription is accessible directly in your courses on Canvas.
Error screens are frustrating! Email library@ndnu.edu with a screenshot of the message you’re receiving, and we’ll get you squared away. In the meantime, you can also check out this guide to accessing library resources online.
Nice find! Email library@ndnu.edu with as much citation information as you can find (aim for author name, title, publication date, and publisher). Our librarian Rachel can request the article from another library or recommend similar sources; just email library@ndnu.edu.
Books are wonderful! Because our library is online-only, we are not set up to borrow physical books from other libraries. You can use WorldCat.org to find books in public libraries near you (just make a free account; it’s very easy!). Our librarian Rachel can also help you track down a book or recommend similar sources; just email library@ndnu.edu.
Courses in all subjects at NDNU use APA Style. Check out this guide to APA Style from the Academic Success Center. You’ll find even more citation and formatting resources here at the APA Style website, including sample papers and handy checklists.
The Student Lounge in Campus Center has comfy seating, a printer, and a free coffee station. You'll find the friendly folks of the Academic Success Center right next door in CC2, where you can check out noise-cancelling headphones and laptops.
