Welcome to CETL!

The Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning (CETL) collaborates with faculty and campus partners to advance teaching innovation and student success through a learner-centered, high quality, transformative education.

Our Values

Student Centered

We engage all students—guided by significant learning outcomes, enriched through authentic, community-connected learning experiences, and made accessible across modalities to support the personal and professional growth of every learner.

Purpose Driven

Rooted in the NDNU Values and Hallmarks, purpose-driven education empowers our faculty to design intentional courses and engage learners in meaningful learning experiences to help each individual realize their unique ambitions while contributing to the greater good.

Future Focused

We prepare learners to thrive in a rapidly changing world through thoughtful, outcomes-driven education that cultivates innovative use of technology, ethical practice, and lifelong learning—equipping graduates to adapt, serve, and lead their communities.
